Ingredients

- 3/4 cup (160 grams) cream cheese
- 1/4 cup (30 grams) grated parmesan cheese

- 1–2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) pasta cooking water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chili flakes
Instructions

- Reserve about 1 cup of cooking water before draining the pasta.
