  • 3/4 cup (160 grams) cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup (30 grams) grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) pasta cooking water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chili flakes

Instructions

  2. Reserve about 1 cup of cooking water before draining the pasta.
  3. In a skillet over low heat, warm olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add cream cheese and 1/2 cup reserved water to the skillet, stirring until smooth.
  5. Mix in grated parmesan cheese until fully incorporated.
  6. Toss drained pasta into the sauce, adding more reserved water if needed for creaminess.
